Like many people, I followed the path I thought would lead to happiness. I built a successful career in advertising, travelled the world and worked with incredible people. From the outside, life looked like it was going well.
But underneath it all, I felt increasingly disconnected from myself.
I’d spent so long adapting to who I thought I needed to be that I’d lost touch with what I truly valued and what gave me energy.
Everything changed after returning from a trip to Peru in 2012.
For 3 weeks I visited the Nazca desert, hiked the Inca trail, and explored the Amazon rainforest.
And it seemed to open up something within me that gave me a totally new perspective on life.
But on my return to my high-rise office in the middle of London one afternoon, I looked out across the city and suddenly realised how disconnected I was.
From nature, from my purpose, and from who I really was.
In an instant something within me seemed to give way and I was suddenly thrown into years of mental health issues that tested me to the limit of what I could endure.
That moment also became the catalyst of a much deeper journey.
For years I immersed myself in meditation, Buddhism, shamanism, plant medicine, coaching and personal development.
On reflection, I wasn’t just searching for healing – I was searching for myself.

Along the way I discovered something that completely changed how I understood growth and leadership.
The problem wasn’t that I lacked purpose, confidence or motivation.
It was that I’d learned to disconnect from who I was.
Under pressure, I’d learned to ignore my own needs and override my intuition, believing that fulfilment would come from achieving more.
It never did.
Everything began to change when I stopped looking outside for the answers and started rebuilding a relationship with myself instead.
As I became more connected to my values, intuition and inner stability, something unexpected happened.
Decision-making became clearer.
Relationships became more authentic.
Purpose stopped feeling like something I had to find and became something that naturally emerged from living in alignment with who I already was.
Today, that’s the work I share with others.
How I work
I help leaders recognise the hidden pressure patterns that quietly pull them away from themselves.
Together we uncover the unconscious habits that lead to overthinking, people-pleasing, self-sacrifice and emotional depletion, before building a more grounded way of leading—one rooted in self-trust, emotional resilience and aligned action.
Rather than helping people become someone new, my work helps them reconnect with who they already are.
Because I believe our greatest leadership doesn’t come from constantly improving ourselves.
It comes from remaining connected to ourselves, especially when life asks the most of us.
Who I work with
I work with leaders who want to:
- Stay connected to themselves under pressure.
- Make clear, aligned decisions with confidence.
- Work with greater presence and emotional resilience.
- Create healthier boundaries without losing their ambition.
- Build meaningful success without sacrificing who they are in the process.
My mission
I believe in a world where people no longer have to choose between creating meaningful impact and staying true to themselves.
My mission is to help leaders remain deeply connected to who they are, so their work, relationships and contribution become a natural expression of that connection.
